We eat dinner here often, we never not enjoyed our meal out the staff. Jesus I'd always funny and fast with service. My favorite is the Tootsie Roll, seriously good. And the fresh made at your table guacamole is delish.

I stumbled on to this place by accident when we couldn't find any place to eat lunch. This place looked crowded and that's usually a good sign. Wow, I was so surprised! It was the BEST Mexican food I've had in Oregon. We sat down and chips and salsa was brought to the table. Our server asked if we would like some fresh Guac and we said sure. He brought out a little station and made the guacamole in front of us. Last time that happened, I was in Mexico. Then a lovely older woman, who had been making tortillas in the corner of the restaurant, brought us each a piping hot fresh tortilla to eat our guacamole with. I ordered the trio of enchiladas with three sauces and fillings. It was huge and amazing! I'm going back to Roseburg JUST so I can eat at this restaurant!
Burrito Vaquero, Roseburg, OR - October 3, 2024 We came in for lunch around 1:30 pm on a Thursday. They have indoor and outdoor seating. The indoor seating has nice padded benches and the motif is very Mexican and festive. Everything was colorful and inviting. We were promptly seated by a very friendly waitress and given menus, chips and salsa, and waters. The chips and salsa were tasty! As we were looking over the menu, a very kind and warm hearted Mexican woman by the name of Maria brought us some fresh corn tortillas that she had just made on the griddle next to our table. I thanked her in Spanish and she asked if I spoke Spanish. I said un poco and she engaged me in a little Spanish dialogue complementing me on my hair and asking where I was from. I was able to comprehend and respond and she was very gracious in her reply back. We ordered a chicken enchilada with rice and beans and a shredded beef taco in fried shell with a cheese enchilada and rice and bean. Everything was delicious! Maria even brought us some more fresh flour tortillas off the griddle. Lovely experience and we'll definitely return next time we're in the area!
Vegetarian menu you can make vegan just minus cheese - we had tofu burrito & veggie burrito both were stuffed with goodness & tasted great! Great service & atmosphere.
Excellent service, salsa was really good! Hand made tortillas from grandma. Food was excellent especially the refried beans. Yum
I'm short on time. Great food, my wet burrito was full of carnitas with little filler. Fantastic service. Very clean inside and out. Prices are good. Parking is a bit slim. But the food and service make up for it. Find a parking spot and eat here. Thank you for your time and posting.
